4つの原則

￮　唯一確かなことは、確実なものはないということである。
　The only certainty is that there is no certainty.

￮　決定とはつまるところ、可能性を考察することである。
　Every decision,as a consequence,is a matter of weighing prohabilities.

￮　不確実であっても、私たちは決定を下し、行動しなければならない。
　Despite uncertainty we must decide and must act.

￮　私たちは結果だけでなくそこに至った経緯も含めて、決定を下す必要がある。
　We need to judge decisions not only on the results, but on how they were made.
